Certified Introduction to Industrial Hygiene Specialist Course (CIIHS)

The Certified Introduction to Industrial Hygiene Specialist Course (CIIHS) is a comprehensive certification program designed for entry-level industrial hygienists, safety professionals, EHS personnel, supervisors, and individuals responsible for protecting workers from occupational health hazards. This course provides a solid foundation in the principles and practices of industrial hygiene, enabling participants to anticipate, recognize, evaluate, and control workplace exposures that can affect employee health and safety.

Participants will gain practical knowledge of industrial hygiene fundamentals, including exposure assessment, air contaminant monitoring, noise measurement, ventilation systems, heat stress, illumination surveys, and occupational health risk evaluation.
